Bertucci`s in Langhorne

Service was good however my dish was okay (fettuccine Alfredo). The sauce tasted like pure margarine and heavy cream, without the sharpness from good pecorino. It was also very watery and under seasoned. My wife did like her pasta dish (lobster with shrimp over spaghetti in a creamy tomato sauce). I tried a few bites and the pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce had good flavor.That being said, the bread alone almost makes it worth going.

Had a great girls night at the bar with the best bartender Ashley.

If you like Italian food then this is the place for you. More rustic food which I love. Tastes like Italy. I've had appetizers, pizza main dishes all was excellent. When husy it may take a little longer but worth the wait.

Going in is fine because you can get any issues resolved while you're there. Take out is a whole other issue. We order from here at work more than we should and something is always missing, or the rolls look like they were pulled out of the trash can from last night because new ones weren't ready. Last order they just didn't include them at all despite adding to the order. Sauce was soupy, No basil on the margherita pizza (and no cup of it on the side like they do sometimes)......One time they forgot to give them an entire pizza somehow. I understand its also on DoorDash for not double checking, but if they're there to pick up an order they're trusting the employee to actually GIVE them the order.

Martin Luther King day I went to lunch with my wife and entered at 1:30. Short staffed we waited 15 min in a 1/2 filled restaurant. The host is also the bus boy the two managers that are on duty are doing food prep instead of doing their job. Our waiter is also a busboy and also a bartenderThey just cannot keep up. Poor management, understaffed, drinks are not drinks at all they are weak. After all of that negative comment I must also say that the food was amazing I applaud the chef.This restaurant is managed very poorly.

Understaffed. Long wait for everything. Salad had too much dressing and couldn't finish it. At 4.99 each is was a rip off. The other food was really good. I had chicken piccatta and my husband has a calzone.

Food was very good, reasonably priced, and large portions. Our waitress was very up beat and friendly. The restaurant was cozy and clean.

It's good the fact that they never got our order and we had to wait for them to make everything

Ordered online, when arrived to pick up my order I was told that they had lost my order ticket and told me that they just started preparing my food. Ended up waiting about 40 more minutes and lost my appetite. The staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. Will never order or visit this location EVER AGAIN

Friday evening last minute decision to try somewhere new. Since we are focused on low carb meals, we were hesitant to try a pizza restaurant, but what a pleasant surprise. We were seated right away and our server Alex was quick with drinks and orders. We had caesar salads which were fresh and tasty with good shaved parmesan and croutons. I had grilled chicken marsala and my wife had grilled chicken with grilled Tuscan veggies. The chicken was good and the veggies were fresh. Alex was attentive and made frequent stops to refresh drinks and check in. What a really pleasant surprise. Will def be making return visits for a quick, tasty meals.

The place offers a fantastic variety of fresh food. I love eating here. The employees are always very kind, prices are reasonable and the spot is always well organised.

I am walking this back to 2 stars for now. It was new year's eve night about 7pm. Was seated pretty quickly. Waited about 10 minutes before a server showed and asked if we wanted drinks and we also placed our order. About 40 minutes later our food showed up. Never received water, which we initially asked for. Also never received bread. Which honestly would have made the wait not horrible. The server apologized quite rudely as she mentioned she is serving as well as tending bar as well as working the take out window. She also mentioned that they were very busy as if I should not have said anything. I also apologized that I'm am so very sorry as this will be reflected in your tip. To which she replied... I do not care... lol. Our food was cold. The manager on this evening didn't seem to care as well. I would have fired them both. Very disappointed bertuccis. Never will go again.

Food was perfectly sized and delicious. Only reason I dropped one star is because it was a challenge to get the server's attention. If management can address this, it would be our go-to place.

Nice place to go and have a good pizza or meal. 3 stars because pizza for some reason takes a while to cool here. Also thier large pie is a pizzeria's small pie.

We did pick up today for the Friday special of Shrimp and spagetti, salad and rolls. It was delicious!!!!! The little containers of salad were fully packed. This was dinner for four and it was really . Great job Bertuccis! 👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍

This is an excellent pizzeria. The pizza is consistently high quality. No frozen dough used here; only fresh ingredients. They don’t skimp on their pizza toppings. It’s also apparent to us that Justin, their manager, takes great pride in running this restaurant. His workers are patient and accommodating. The restaurant itself is very clean and the workers are professional. Today we had the pleasure of interacting with Mateo for a to-go order. We had several questions and Mateo was accommodating and professional the entire time.

Food was delicious

The male waiters should have their Facial hair covered. I was there the other night And our waiter didn't have his covered.

I had my son pick up dinner from your langhorne store. The guy who answered the phone was not trained. When my son went to pick up the order he was missing an item. The wings were salty the vegetables were mush and everything was cold. I was promised a call back from Kristin the manager right away. After45 minutes of waiting I called they said she was busy and hung up on me several times. I will NEVER patronize Bertucci’s. I will tell everyone about this horrible experience.

Nice pizza place. Veggie Pizza was good, soup was not that good, tiramisu was decent. Service was great. Spacious. Has Ample parking

First time trying this place out. I gotta say it's pretty good if you're looking for brick oven pizza. The menu isn't too elaborate because they're mainly all about the pizzas. You have their signatures and then you have the build your own selections. They also have some other entrees to choose from such as pastas.

8/5/ 2020 I love the brick oven margarita pizza. I only get the small size. I wish they delivered to Trenton 🙁. The dinner rolls are my weakness 😩. I had to stop over indulging b4 i look like a dinner roll😋. The chicken Domani meal was very good. When I got home i just added some crushed red pepper to it. I definitely would order again. Meal was perfect for my pregnant taste buds😉.

I don't even know where to start. Kaitlyn as our server was the bright point. First of all we have been here for almost 2 hours. I watched as an overworked host ran between stand and take out with a line trying to get seats. We sat for probably 10 minutes before getting drink orders taken. The were out of glasses which delayed a drink order. The food was mediocre to say the least. The table next to us sat with dirty plates for our entire visit. The restaurant needs some recalibration.

Great service and nice portion for lunch. With the money spent I felt I received a good value and will return soon.

The fig prosciutto pizza was different. The artichoke dip was yummy. Not the best unsweetened iced tea I ever had, but adequate.

Good food and a terrific waitress. I would highly recommend!!

This place is worth a try. They have large portions for reasonable rates. Regularly well kept and with excellent mood. Will visit here again.

One of the Best Italian restaurants. All the dishes were delicious. Menucis are must try.

The food was great as expected and for it being busy for a Friday, they had the food out in a very timely manner. Only nitpick is the waitress we had was not around a lot but the manager was so nice and inviting. 5 stars minus the one grip I had.

Great dining experience!! First time coming here and our waitress Alicia was very pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable on the menu. Will definitely be returning again for dinner soon!

Had lunch there today, not expecting much. Left blown away great food, great service and great prices. I will be going back.

Best pizza around..... Also the best rolls....

I went vegetarian this visit and was very happy with the results. The Lentil soup is filling and well seasoned. The Fire Roasted Vegetables were cook properly and not burnt. My wife ordered the personal pizza and the crust while cooked could have been crisper. Only down side was the slowness on drink refills (water and Coke) and that we had to ask for silverware.

We dined here on Saturday to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday and after being so rudely treated at the Hibachi place just 3 min. away, this place welcomed us with open arms. The best part of our experience was our waiter Michael Kelly. He was so lively and pleasant and so accomodating to us and our entire table that we shared our cake with him and he felt like family to us. He made our night a success story. And if nothing else i would certainly go back for him and his hospitality. Thank you Michael. And thank you Bertucci's.

It was a great place for the group to get together after our hike. They easily accommodated party of 10 our waitress was outstanding! food was delicious I even had leftovers for lunch for tomorrow Will definitely visit again

Food was good. However I have never paid $16.00 for 1 glass of wine in my life. I could have bought a very nice “bottle “ of wine for that price. We won’t be going back!

If I could hit no stars I would.... we waited an hour after ordering for our food. The pizza was not cooked all the way and my daughter hated her Mac n cheese and wouldn’t eat it how do you mess up that? Sitting there for an hour with a three and seven year old who are starving is very difficult. This place use to be amazing idk what happened but we will not be back.

The service here is horrendous, they're beyond slow, and half of the staff either don't do their job or are just rude. During one experience, I just asked the girl at the front how approximately how long until the food will be ready, for a pick up, and was told "it'll be out once it's ready." The second time, the guy at the front was on the phone, didn't say hello or acknowledge me for at least a couple of minutes, then told me he's on the phone and continued to talk on the phone. When I asked for help from someone else, he just walked away. I wouldn't spend a penny of my money here from now on. There's a reason it's usually dead in there.

The food here Is absolutely amazing. Came here for lunch and my server Marlene was the greatest! Brought my orders out quickly and made sure my glass was never empty. Great food great service will DEFINITELY be coming again! 5/5

My experience at Bertucci’s was amazing. The food was amazingly prepared and it didn’t take long for it to come out. My favorite part was my server Lyric. She was very funny & sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be returning.

Such great food and great service. Ordered for pick-up on Mother’s Day and they forgot a salad, no big deal, but they drove it all the way out to us to make sure everything was right!! Will absolutely be ordering from here again!

Fantastic and yummy food, I love the atmosphere the place has, and the workers were super nice. I will definitely visit here when I’m around.
